For the first day of the 20 days of Christmas I give you Confetti cookies
Confetti Cookies.
These cookies look really cute and colourful. It gives you a real sense of the Christmas spirit when you first see them. I got the recipe for this from Sally’s Baking Addiction. I have to admit that ever since I’ve discovered this blog, I’ve been going into a baking addiction myself. The recipe I used was the confetti-cookie-supreme. Total time 3 hours and 45 minutes, because the dough needs to be refrigerated for 3 hours. The dough yields around 36 cookies although I only counted 24 by the time we’ve finished ‘tasting’ them….
My opinion of this recipe is that its AMAZING, but more expensive than other recipe’s as it contains a lot of butter.
